Free Shipping on All Orders

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order size or value. We want to make it easy and affordable for you to enjoy our premium, natural products.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand that convenience is key when it comes to payment options. That's why we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for our customers. However, please note that a nominal fee of Rs. 30 will be applied to all COD orders.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping Times

- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping options, but we are working on providing faster delivery services in the future.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our carrier's website.

 

Delivery Issues

Damages

Nature's Elements is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

At this time, Nature's Elements only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
